I'm a middle school educator, and middle schoolers and dogs have an awful lot in common. When at their worst, they just want to feel safe and loved. I've had dogs my whole life, and currently have a high energy anxious mutt who has taught me a lot about meeting diverse needs of all dogs. I know all about positive reinforcement training, and counter conditioning. If you're worried your dog is "too needy" with your requests or guidance on their care, I promise they are not. We all have a little baggage and I welcome any and all dogs and humans exactly as they are. I've never met a dog I don't love, and I know how stressful leaving your pup in the care of others can be. I want to eleviate that worry with professionalism and loving your dog as much as you do.
