Pet care experience
I’ve cared for the dogs in my life for over 30 years. We have always had at least 2 babies in our household at any given time. Currently I care for our 3 rescued mutts and 1 rescued Pitt. To me a dog is a life time commitment and part of the family. Whether it’s providing playtime and exercise, great nutrition or just a few comfy scratches, I take care to love each of the pups in my care. I have personally helped potty/crate train 13 puppies. And have a soft spot for senior dogs who need a little extra care. My oldest baby was with me for 17 years. I know that your dog is more than a dog to you, they are family and it’s my honor to care for them the way you care for them.

Steph has cared for our dogs for several years. She has always loved and cared for them well. When needed, she has even helped with oral medication at feeding times. Riley (miniature dachshund) is alway happy to see Steph. It gives us great peace of mind knowing we are leaving our pets in good hands.

We have a 6 ft fenced in yard with lots of room to run. Our 4 fur babies love to play with dogs of all sizes, but can easily be separated depending on personalities. When taking care of your babies in your home I take extra care to respect not only your pet, but also your space. I do not mind transporting pets in my vehicle and love taking them to the local dog parks for a good run.

A typical day
To me dogs can be just like kids; a bored dog usually gets into trouble. That’s why I like to keep pups stimulated and engaged. Whether that’s a walk at my favorite park: Swift Cantrell, a game of fetch in the back yard or just some good scratches while lounging on the couch.

Availability
I’m currently a work-from-home mom of 3 kids and spend part of my morning and afternoon playing “mom’s taxi” transporting the kids to and from school. This leaves me with plenty of time to visit your babies and provide excellent time, care, and attention.
