Pet care experience
I’ve taken care of my own doggies ever since I was 10 years old: an elderly pug, a hyper husky, and a strong boxer. I also have a cat of my own who I love and absolutely adore. I can care for your fur friend, cat and dog, young and old, big and small! I often pet sit and do drop by visit for my friend’s fur babies when they are away for college games and I enjoy being their company on every visit, I hardly never want to leave!

Steffi is my cousin. She is usually away for college and I was not sure how my little fur baby, Lucky, would react to a new face. Sure enough, they hit it off the spot! Lucky is a very shy cat who does not like to be around new people but it was to my surprise that my cat felt very comfortable in her presence, especially the first time they met. I had previous pet sitters in the past but I was not fully satisfied until I reached out to Steffi when she was visiting home during her winter break and summer vacations. Knowing that she cares for her 3 dogs and cat I knew she was exactly the right person for the job! She is a nursing student and with her busy schedule she is able to balance her studies as well as take care of my baby. Not only does she strive to care for the well-being of humans, I know she has a genuine kind heart for furry pets too. Whenever she is with Lucky, she would update me every hour or whenever she can with pictures and videos when I am away, such as Lucky eating during mealtime, sleeping and fun moments of them two playing together with his toys. There are also times where she would take Lucky on short walks which I greatly appreciate ad I am sure that Lucky did too! I used to take him onto adventure hikes and little walks outside but due to my busy schedule I have not been able to do so. Steffi is definitely a great and trusting pet sitter for my cat and I intend to hire her again in the future when she comes back home during school breaks to care for Lucky.

I love giving my dogs attention, but for my cat who likes to be on his own, I also understand giving him his independence. I always feed my cat and dogs morning and evening, I regularly brush and clip their nails. I always try to play with them, which usually gets them tired and allows them to remain calm, especially with my husky who is very hyper. I like to make sure they are always within sight to ensure they are safe at home or with me. Love and patience is what comes to caring for my pets.

A typical day
I love to play and keep your pets entertained throughout the day. If they have a favorite toy or like to play fetch, we can play all types of games. I also like to run around with energetic dogs and play tag with them. On a nice day/evening when it is not too hot for their paws, we will go on walks around the neighborhood, to the nearest park, and any walk trails nearby to keep the pets physically active, allow them to explore the outside and smell new places! I will provide water during our walks to keep them hydrated and treats to reward them and keep them in the habit of walking beside and avoid leash pulling. In spare time, we will practice or try to learn our basic trainings such as sit, lay down, stay, or paw with treats, of course. I will brush their fur and ensure they get lots of affectionate.

Availability
I am currently open all week and willing to accommodate to your schedule. However, I am a college student so my school schedule may not allow me to do morning shifts and only late afternoon/evenings, but I will always update my availabilities.
