Pet care experience
I grew up having dogs, including having 4 different types of dogs at the same time. I’ve got a mixed breed pup now that I explore the city with because she never gets tired! Friends and family have trusted me to watch their dogs when they’re at work or on long trips. I love dogs of all kinds and ages.

Stefany is one of a select few people I trust to care for my two dogs, Xeno and Ollie. I am kind of particular with their care and get very nervous leaving them with anyone but me. However, when I leave them with Stef, I know they are safe and cared for. She sends me regular updates and pictures and has helped me out last minute several times. The boys always seem happy and comfortable when I come home, and for dogs that can be anxious, that's a really great sign!

I will always listen to a client’s instruction on how to care for their individual dog as every pup is different. I share custody with my own dog so sometimes your dog could have somebody to play with (or not if you don’t want that). I keep toys, food, and treats with me most times whether at home or out on a walk.

I like to know if any dog has any special needs, preferences, or behaviors (maybe doesn’t get along with other dogs, children, cats, etc.). Special needs of preferences might include food, treats, length of walks, whether or not they typically go to dog parks, or what types of toys they do or do not play with.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks with the dogs. There are a few parks in Capitol Hill that I enjoy taking my dog to play. I also like walking on the quieter streets where there’s more grass and space for the dogs to walk. I will play fetch or with any toys they might have as well as give them mentally stimulating games.

Availability
I’m currently a freelancer for the sports teams around Seattle. My schedule varies but typically I work afternoons and evenings so I am available most mornings! I don’t work every single day so I can sometimes have afternoon and evenings available as well. I know my schedule up to a month in advance which will make things easy to coordinate. 😊
