I am an architectural designer during the week and find myself looking for more to do outside of work. Never having the chance to own either, I've worked with dogs and horses most of my life. I've spent the last few summers on a farm in the Finnish archipelago and have experience with chickens, cats, dogs, donkeys, horses, and other livestock. Some dogs I've taken care of / played with / entertained in the past include a Border Collie, a miniature Poodle, a Kelpie, a Chow + Rottweiler mix, and hound mixes. I'm confident handling most breeds and dog sizes. I am patient, aware of my surroundings, and can recognize a dog's cues. I'd like to merge my love for being outside with caring for dogs. I'm generally available weekends, evenings, and occasionally midday (depending on where you are located). But given enough notice, I'm sure we can work most things out. I would also be up for a regular schedule.
