Stefanie was very professional and willing to meet with me and my dogs prior to our trip. She was my first Rover I have ever hired to work with my dogs. She made myself and my husband feel very comfortable that they were taken care of throughout our entire vacation! Stefanie sent pictures and kept us updated throughout. I would highly recommend working with her and will be hiring her again!!

Unfortunately as a house/dog sitter, not a good match for us. Stefanie had said she could do our 2 most important things: make our house "home base" and feed him on his schedule (AM, 5-6P, and 10-11P). While I do believe she slept here, she frequently just came back for his first dinner, left, and didn't return until between 1:30 and 3:30 in the morning, missing our dog's second dinner time (including any potty breaks between early evening and middle of the night.) Our neighbor texted at midnight, saying the sitter again wasn't at the house and was our dog OK and Stefanie didn't respond to a text until the morning, not showing up to our house for over an hour after my text. In our meet & greet we were open to honesty and feedback about her abilities/intentions and would have gone with another sitter, but she did let us know that the feeding schedule, and hanging out at our house/making it "home base" was not a problem. We were really disappointed...either in her honesty or follow-through. I believe she was nice to him, clearly played ball and did sleep here - but didn't meet our two expectations, unfortunately.
