Hi there, I'm Stefanie. Having been a pet sitter for many neighbors and friends over the years, I have had experience with golden retrievers, german shepherds and lots of little dogs, and have also volunteered at PAWS for years. I sat with the dogs in their kennels until they felt comfortable with people. I walked, bathed and loved on those that needed it at PAWS. Dogs just need patience, acceptance, and to feel safe and loved. Just like people! I love dogs and am dedicated to providing them with A+ care--all of my dogs have lived to be 15 or 16 years old. Our pets are part of our family! From cuddling on the couch with us, floating the river, shopping at Lowe's and especially going on vacation. I love giving back to animals in need. As I mentioned, I've volunteeered at PAWS and I've worked with many different breeds and backgrounds. At PAWS I've volunteered in the cattery, walked the dogs and I conduct orientation. I am especially excited to be helping with a new program at PAWS called Day-Trippin. It's a great program that allows volunteers to take our dogs to off site outings.
