Oh man, what to write... I have tons of love, care, energy and plenty of attention to offer. I have pet sat for several friends and family members, throughout the years and I love it! I am a very patient individual. Any dogs that need continued training or have tons of energy that needs to be released, I’m your gal. I am down for trail running, heading to the beach or dog park. Eno is my jam. I will accommodate to any special dog diet, if there is something that needs to be cooked, I am an excellent pet chef. I am available for both weekday and weekend pet sitting. I have a very reliable SUV, and can get anywhere pretty quickly. I treat every dog as if it were my own :)

Cowslip loved his stay with Stefanie and Val! Not only was Stefanie amazing at sending photos and updates throughout the day, she has a really good calming approach to handling dogs - even two energetic playful puppies. Cowslip came home a very tired very happy pup. Thanks Stefanie!
Stefanie has been walking, sitting and loving my dog since she was 9 weeks old and she is almost 7 years old now. My pup, Cocoa, is a very energetic Boxer-Lab. She isn’t the easiest walker and definitely beats to her own drum. Stefanie is so good with Cocoa! She is patient, she is loving, she is gentle and flexible! Cocoa LOVES Stefanie and gets so excited and wiggly every time she comes around. My dog is family, my first child. I trust Cocoa with Stefanie-for a walk, dog sitting or whatever your needs are. I’m honestly shocked that she doesn’t have her own pup...she has so much love to give! Any pup would b lucky to have Stefanie!
Stefanie is an extremely reliable, responsible and loving dog caregiver. She has taken care of my 110 lb. german shepherd/golden retriever quite a few times in the past and truly treated him as her own. He isn't the best on a leash but she handled him with skill and ease and was able to help train him a bit too. She was also great about sending me pictures of him to keep me posted on how he was doing! I would highly recommend her to anyone looking for someone to take care of their furry family member.

I would like to know their demeanor. I enjoy linking up with other friends who have dogs because socialization is so important, especially if pet parents want to be able to take their dogs to outdoor establishments where there are other dogs around.
A typical day
I am 15 minutes away from Eno River, so I enjoy going there or I do an urban walk in the neighborhood, as Durham offers a lot of sweet urban trails. There is a park nearby that is enclosed and perfect for running around and playing catch. Being an ex-softball player, I love being able to toss around the ball and throw it as far as I can, sometimes. :)
