I'm a dutch brand marketing manager who lives in Amsterdam for 16 years now. Originally from Leiden and we moved last year from the Pijp to Amsterdam East. We really like it, since it is a bit more quiet, spacious and we have more parks for our dog Rafa closeby. Every Thursday I'm working from home and Friday's I'm off, these days and in the weekends I can easily take care of 1 or 2 extra dogs that can play with Rafa, our Spanish Podenco mix. Every weekend we take our car or bakfiets to go to a place where dogs can play, run and have lots of fun. We have a house with a garden in A'dam East with a lot of green areas and parks closeby and a car to drive to forests, beaches and other dog areas. Dogs can also stay overnight here. Rafa, who comes from a shelter in the south, is a super easy and friendly dog who loves to play, he has a lot of energy. He is 2 years old and very social and playful, but in house is he very chill. We've both had dogs since we were young, so we know how to take care of them and train them (in a positive way) where needed. All breeds and kind of dogs are welcome, as long as they're friendly :-)
