Pet care experience
I grew up loving animals. I had a dog for several years as a child, as well as raising chickens! As a young adult I had 3 dogs at once, which was a little chaotic but a lot of fun! One of my dogs was even a part of my wedding as the Dog of Honor!

I can board in my home for short periods of time. On the nights that I’m at work, my mother would be home (she also loves dogs!) so your pet would not be left alone for a long period of time.

Let me know if your dog is good with young children. I have a 3-year-old who LOVES dogs and is very gentle with animals. He might accompany me on a walk on occasion and will definitely be present in the house if your dog is boarding.
A typical day
Lots of exercise! We love to stay active and have some great walking routes in our neighborhood, as well as the rail trail and some nearby forest/hiking trails. I’m also up for a game of fetch or tug-of-war if your dog is interested! ??

I work full time as an ER nurse but I work nights and my schedule varies week to week. I am looking forward to fitting in some neighborhood walks and drop in visits for your dog(s)!
