Dogs under my care are free to roam indoors and outdoors, receiving endless love and cuddles from me. As a full-time dog caregiver, I dedicate all my time and effort to dog boarding and daycare, and my parents help me run errands when necessary. During their stay dogs are communicated to in either English or Spanish. At drop-off, I welcome all dog parents to see where their fur baby will be staying, as I understand the importance of transparency and trust. During your dog's stay, I provide daily updates on my Instagram story, @petminded_pawsitting, so you can always be connected with your furry friend. I offer pick-up and drop-off services for an additional fee within the Miami and Broward area. For distances more than 10 miles, please schedule with sufficient time to coordinate appropriately for an additional fee. How I got started: I am a 25-year-old graduate of St. John's University who moved back home due to the pandemic. I spend most of my days studying, and I aspire to pursue a J.D. degree. During the last two years, I was able to spend quality time with my fur babies. Unfortunately, I had to say goodbye to one of my fur babies in early October 2021 due to cancer. Since then, I joined Rover to surround myself with dogs and provide them with the love and care they deserve.

Love working with Stefania. She provides pictures and video so I can see how my dog is doing during the day. I really like that she hosted a meet and greet so I can see the facility and I feel super comfortable having my girl in her care.
Stefania communicated throughly and promptly from the moment I reached out to inquire all the way until I reached my destination back home. She went out of her way to meet me at a public space to take my puppy as I was in a rush to a job interview after a sitter I hired before Stefania overslept our scheduled drop off. She sent pictures of my puppy throughout the stay and kept me informed of her behavior. Stefania is SUPER reliable and professional! Prior to booking, I prescreen all my clients to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone. I always keep an eye on the dogs, and if a dog cannot be left alone, I schedule with my parents to ensure that someone is always there to supervise. My house has a dedicated area for my clients, and the space is deep cleaned daily to provide a clean environment. Crates are available if needed, and the front door is never used to prevent any escape artist from trying to run outside.

Depending on the activity level and the owner's preferences, going for a jog with the dog can be a great way to get some exercise and fresh air. Additionally, providing a backyard filled with toys and playmates can help keep the dog mentally stimulated and engaged. As a pet sitter, it's important to provide a safe and fun environment for the dogs under your care.
