Pet care experience
I am a full-time graduate student looking to care for your furry friends (and to bring my passion of animals to new life!) at your home. While I am newer to Rover and professional pet sitting, I am not new to loving on and caring for animals! Fun fact: I’ve successfully reunited 10 lost pooches with their owners, minus one who became our new family member. I’ve owned large dogs my entire life and have dealt with every issue under the sun - aggression, medical emergencies, daily medication, skunk encounters. You name it, I’ve seen it! I’m reliable and treat all animals like I would my own - with lots of love, compassion and unwavering care. I have a special spot in my heart for senior dogs. I’ve had my senior rescue GSD for seven years now and have enjoyed every moment with him. There’s no greater honor than to live in his world (It’s all his; I’m really just living in it ;) ) and to keep up with his changing needs as he ages. I’m experienced in noticing changes in personality, mobility and overall happiness, and with adjusting to make seniors comfortable - with softer toys, medication, special treatment when playing and going for slower walks.

I’d like to know of any medical conditions, general temperament and behavior (towards other animals and people), dietary needs or food allergies or separation anxiety. I’m happy to account for any special requests or needs your dog has, I just ask to be notified ahead of time to make your furry friend as comfortable as possible while you’re away.
A typical day
I understand and appreciate the need to keep them stimulated and happy - I would love to go for long walks or play fetch in the yard, play in the pool - whatever is best for your furry family member to keep them comfortable.

I am available for drop-ins and walks ins Wednesday/Friday, every weekday in the evenings & all day on weekends, . I am local in South Jersey and currently a graduate student, so I have plenty of flexibility in my schedule. Don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions - I’d love to help!
