Fear Free certified here! I have had many years of experience caring for dogs and cats. I have pet-sat for family members and closest friends. They have relied on me to ensure their pets are well taken care of while they are away. I have experience in feeding, medicating, and walking pets. Educationally, I am working towards a degree in veterinary technology, which is basically to become a licensed nurse for animals! I am also employed at a local Athens clinic to put my education to practice. My overall goal is to prepare for a career in animal care!

I had to extend my travel due to bad weather, and Starr was wonderful in doing a last minute drop in visit with my pet!

Starr was incredible. This was our first time leaving our dog with anyone other than family and we were pretty nervous about it! Not to mention, our dog was still recovering from a surgery from a couple weeks prior and still needed medications/extra care. We met with Starr a few days before and felt much more comfortable! Starr went above and beyond with caring for our fur baby. Gave her medications, updated us throughout the day, followed our parameters, and left our house very clean. 10/10 Thank you, Starr!

I have two cats of my own. Every morning and evening I feed them and make sure they have plenty of fresh water. Once a week I will spend time brushing their fur and trimming their nails as necessary. I have had to give my cats medicine as prescribed by their veterinarian as well. I also love to reward my babies with occasional treats and we spend time playing with their favorite toys. When I had dogs, I loved to walk them and play together with their favorite toys. Their daily necessities also included feeding, watering and outside potty breaks.

A typical day
We will play with your baby's favorite toys or go on fun walks! We can also play in the yard and burn all that stored energy out! Your pet will get a lot of pets and belly rubs (upon request) and lots of praise! I am Fear Free certified and will make sure to give your pet a great experience! We'll have so much fun together!
