Pet care experience
I have taken care of many pets for about 10 years now. Family and Friends have relied on me to watch, bathe, and play with their furry friends. I have grooming and vet tech experience. I also have taken a 2 year course on the language of dog behavior and interactions during play time. I may require a temperament test before your dog stays with me so I can make sure all dogs will be safe while they stay. I can separate dogs if needed and if you have a difficult dog I would love to work with you on some behavior training.

Star was wonderful! I was very nervous about leaving my girl to stay with other dogs as she’s shown some dog-selectivity and reactivity in the past. But Star was so encouraging and helpful in identifying how to prepare for introductions. She’s quite knowledgeable when it comes to dog behavior, body language, and play styles. My girl was immediately at ease when she met Star and even stayed calm in the presence of two cats. I received lots of videos of interactions and introductions with other dogs, and in no time, I was watching a video of my dog running around playing with 7 other dogs like she was living her best life! She came home happy as a clam and exhausted from all the hard playing she did. I will 100% take my pupper to Star’s place again!
Starla did a fantastic job watching our three dogs over the last several days while we were out of state for the holiday. She sent us pictures and video updates, and each pup got their own paw print stocking to take home with them with a cute note. Our babies made lots of new friends, and Starla went above and beyond to ensure they had a great stay with her. The dogs were a bit sad when it was time to leave their new friends and come back home.

I keep my water clean changing it ever hour for all dogs. I do require to have kennels for feeding time so no food fights break out. You can bring your own dogs kennel, toys, food, treats, and anything else that might make their stay more like home. I can't wait to meet you and your pet. It's going to be a blast!!

A typical day
I love to stimulate your dogs in a day of play. We do fun activities for the holidays along with playing games for daycare dogs. With having five friends to play with we will go on walks, play all the ball, and run around. I even have a pool for the summer time. I will engage dogs in basic training while they are here staying for daycare or boarding.
