Pet care experience
I have 3 dogs of my own and foster puppies and adult dogs as well. We also have chickens. I love animals of all types and understand how difficult it can be to find someone you trust with their care. I am a Registered Nurse and caring for animals comes as natural to me as caring for people. Caring for your pets gives me the flexibility to spend time with them but also be available as a mom. My daughter loves animals and is very helpful and loving.

This was our first experience with Rover.com and Stacy T, and we could not be happier. We had planned to board Casey and Zoe at a facility we had been using for years, but the facility owner had made a change in the requirements for boarding that we would not be able to meet. After excluding other nearby boarding organizations for one reason or another, I did an internet search for dog sitters. I found many, and looked at their profiles. Some of the independent caretakers were affiliated with Rover.com, a company I had never heard of. I read the information Rover.com had on the internet and was impressed with their philosophy and their business. We then looked for caretakers affiliated with Rover.com in our area and found 3 that were close by and seemed to be the type of people we would feel comfortable leaving our pets with and one that we would also consider giving access to our home. That person was Stacy T. Her background, written comments on her profile, and her long experience were an excellent match for the type of pet care we were looking for. We quickly arranged an in-person meeting and were even more impressed with her professionalism as well as her obvious love of dogs. Stacy was easy to talk to, and she answered our questions clearly. We were particularly interested in how she would handle an emergency since we would be traveling out of state, and we were very impressed with her answer. Stacy also asked us questions that indicated to us that she knew what to find out about the pets, and us, before agreeing to do the care. After talking with her, we decided to go on a walk with Casey and Zoe. She was quick to see how they behaved and how to let them have fun but also keep them out of potential harm. After the meeting, we were comfortable that Stacy was trust-worthy both for our pets and for our home while we were away on a trip, so we contracted her to come in to our home a few times a day to care for Casey and Zoe, as well as to walk them around the neighborhood daily, weather permitting. We then went on the trip we had planned. We kept in touch with Stacy and received pictures, comments, and questions. There were no issues. When we came home, Casey and Zoe were happy to see us and obviously had been well cared for. The house was, if anything, in nicer condition than when we left. We will have no hesitation to ask Stacy to care for Casey and Zoe in the future. Our main concern is that she may not be available because she is so much in demand!
This was the second boarding service with Stacy. Stacy was very considerate and did an incredible job of taking care of Charlie and Joey. I know my dogs loved to staying with Stacy because she has a fenced backyard and they love to running around off leash anytime they want. Highly recommend her!
Stacy was wonderful with our dogs. She kept us updated with messages and photos, our two doggies seemed well taken care of. She has a large fenced in yard which is a great bonus as our girls love running around off leash. Will definitely use her again in the future.
I can tell Dofus enjoyed the stay there. Love it!?

I have 3 dogs of my own and a fenced in yard. There is plenty of space to run and play and also lounge and nap! We’d love to know what your dog's typical routine is at home as well as any behaviors (food/toy aggression) or quirks we should be aware of. I will do my best to accommodate any special needs. Please let us know if they are on any medications or have any health issues. A trial night before a long stay is highly suggested and may be required for dogs that haven’t stayed with us before to make sure your pup is a good fit for our home. I DO NOT accept dogs that are aggressive, excessive barkers, non-house trained, destructive, or have severe separation anxiety. All dogs who stay in our home must be well socialized, healthy (i.e. not sick with any contagious diseases that could be passed onto humans or other dogs) and up to date on their vaccines and flea/tick preventatives. Required vaccinations: Rabies Distemper Bordetella (kennel cough) Please note when selecting your drop off and pick up time that we do not accept time windows longer than 30 minutes. Drop off and pick up is allowed between the hours of 8am-8pm only.

Availability
I have a flexible work schedule and mostly work from home. I am able to interact while working and provide frequent potty breaks and extra attention as needed. I do feed separately to avoid food aggression issues which can sometimes happen in new environments.
