Lover of all animals and currently a fur mom to four: 1 golden retriever and 3 cats (yep, you read that right!). :) My husband and I have had pets all our lives, from dogs and cats, to horses, hamsters, and cows! As such, we have a lot of experience with more high-maintenance animals, across all age ranges and in multiple settings (apartment or home). We have been pet- and home-sitters for many friends and relatives, and have recently decided to branch out to Rover as well! We 100% understand the need to look after your pet(s) exactly the way you want - they are your loved ones, and the last thing you need while you are out and about is to worry about how they're doing! I live at home with my husband, and our only kids are of the furry kind. We both work 8-5 jobs, and at least one of us is home everyday to let our golden, Harvey, out for a bathroom break and to run around outside for about 40 minutes. Once we get back from work, we are usually home for the entire evening. Harvey has at least an hour outside every evening (often more), when we go for a walk or to the dog park or to the creek/lake. He is also a weekly staple at the Bentonville Farmer's Market! Your pup(s) are welcome to join if they are allowed! We do let our pets on the furniture and bed (I know, we spoil them rotten), and will do the same for yours, if they are allowed. We do not crate Harvey, but have experience with crating, as Harvey was crated when he was a puppy. Our cats are very low profile and get along well with other animals. They have their own "safe spaces" away from Harvey if they need alone time, so they have no issues here. I look forward to meeting your pet!
