There’s something pretty special about having a dog come into your home and quickly act like they’ve always belonged there. That’s what I love most about caring for dogs. I’ve had more than one pup get so excited to arrive that they can’t wait to get inside! I’ve been an animal lover my entire life and have cared for friends’, family members’, and neighbors’ pets for years. I’m proud to be a Rover Star Sitter ⭐️, recognized for providing great care and positive experiences for my clients. Being self-employed gives me a flexible schedule, and having dogs around fits naturally into our everyday life. My 10-year-old daughter is with me more than 70% of the time, and we both love having four-legged company around. Our home is relaxed, comfortable, and very dog-friendly. I am selective about the dogs I welcome into our home. I have a small senior Yorkshire Terrier, and my daughter is part of the equation too, so making sure everyone is comfortable and the personalities are a good match is important to me. My goal is for your dog to feel safe, happy, and genuinely at home while they’re here. I strongly prefer a meet-and-greet before booking so we can meet, talk about your dog’s routine and needs, and make sure it’s a good fit for everyone. I understand that isn’t always possible, especially if you’re traveling through the area or coming from out of town, so just reach out. I can be flexible when circumstances require it. I’m located on the north side of Janesville. Boarding isn’t always the best fit, and that’s okay! I also offer drop-in visits at your home for dogs who are happier in their own space. I can stop by to let them out, give them some love and attention, and make sure they have everything they need while you’re away. Schedule
I have based my career around being a single mother and having my little girl a large portion of the time. Caring for your pet works nicely around my work and my daughter. This is something she and I really enjoy doing together. It is very important that I'm aware of whether your pet is good with children, since at some point in our visit there is a good chance she will be with me. She loves animals and they typically adore her as well.

I can adjust activities to the needs of the dog and or the requests of the pet owner. Different variables will effect our activities, such as weather and homeowners surroundings.

- Let me know if your dog has any special needs or preferences, to make our visit more relaxing and enjoyable. I just want everyone to have a great, relaxing day. At this time, I am quite particular about the pets I welcome into my home. I have a senior dog that is very low activity and has grown to expect her "beauty sleep". I strongly request that your pet be treated for fleas and ticks. Also, I'm not completely opposed to house sitting in your home, it would just need to be discussed in advance to make sure it fits with my daughters schedule and the care of my own dog at home. I currently have this option marked as unavailable. Feel free to ask me about this if you feel I could help you out. The last thing I would want to do is spread myself so thin that your fur baby isn't getting the attention they need. ❤️
