I've taken care of dogs for 20 plus years. Neighbors, friends and family have relied on me to care for their pets while they were out of town. I'm a boxer lover, there has been at least one in the family for over 20 years. Our boxer is getting older and my kids want to add an additional fur sibling to our family. Boxers are best breed in my opinion but because they have so many health issues and the lifespan is too short in my opinion (30 years wouldn't be long enough) my kids want to become familiar with other breeds and will be able to play and interact with other dogs that come for a play date. I'm currently employed full time and work from home Wednesday through Friday. I am available for boarding in my home Wednesday through Sunday and holidays. I have a fenced yard with a 6 ft fence for the dogs to run and play. I will let them outside for a potty break every 2 hours and they can play as much or little as they prefer and as weather allows. I have a 9 year old boxer that stays inside and goes out to potty and sun bathe as she desires. Boxers are temperature sensitive so I am always mindful of the temperature. I am new to Rover so please do not let my lack of reviews and repeat clients deter you.
