Pet care experience
Hello! My pet care service will bring you peace of mind & allow you to rest easy while you're away from home. Your pets will be loved, protected, & well cared for by a mature, dependable, experienced, medical professional who will treat them with the utmost level of TLC & integrity, just as I would my own. Your pets health, safety, & comfort are my highest priority, therefore, I closely monitor, note, & report any changes in behavior, eating, & bathroom habits while in my care. I have 40 years of both professional & personal experience working in a wide variety of animal care including veterinary medicine, balanced K-9 & equine positive approach training, wildlife & domestic animal rescue & rehabilitation. I'm not just limited to dogs & cats! I have experience & offer care for most all species, such as exotics and livestock, (ie: horses, chickens, ferrets, rabbits, hamsters, snakes, etc...) A little bit about myself: Aside from caring for a plethora of childhood pets, I began my career in veterinary medicine at the age of 16. At age 19, I successfully completed a rigorous 2 month, 8 hr./7 days a week, K-9 training program. It was then that I began professionally training dogs in a wide variety of skills such as basic & advanced (off-leash) obedience, personal protection, police & narcotic detection K-9's. My most recent work history includes working as a CVA in the ER/CCU/ICU departments at both Blue Pearl and Summit 24/7 animal ER/specialty referral hospitals, located in Tacoma Washington. Prior to going back into animal medicine, I worked as a RMA/Radiology tech for MultiCare, and as a college instructor for the Medical Assistant program at Everest Tech, as well. 🐾 TIA for your time & interest in the services I provide~ I look forward to hearing from you! 🐾 🚨**Please disregard the "total price estimates" that Rover quotes, as they can sometimes be calculated wrong, reflecting an incorrect price of care. If you're interested in my services, please contact me for a correct estimate.🚨

Stacie was amazing! One of our kitties rarely warms up to anyone else and often gets stressed and anxious when we leave out of town. Stacie quickly brought him out of his shell and provided great care to both of our babies while we were gone. She was so thoughtful about potential 4th of July anxiety and made sure to give detailed updates. We immediately booked Stacie for our next trip and definitely recommend. Thank you Stacie!
Stacie was absolutely amazing! If I could give her more than 5 stars, I totally would. I have never felt so comfortable being away from my pets as I did on this trip. She clearly has both a love for and knowledge of animals, and quickly won over their affections, even our timid dog who never likes anyone! If you are looking for a dog sitter, do yourselves a favor and book Stacie! You won’t regret it.
Stacie was fantastic! Although our 3 y/o Cavalier is pretty easy care, our 16 week old Cavapoo puppy is not (and not even fully house trained) and Stacie handled both along with our home like a pro. She even noticed our adult dogs special supplements we had forgot to mention and made sure he got them. And finally, I had told her that while we love our dogs, they are not allowed on beds - so when our puppy couldn't get to sleep - she snuggled him on our couch through the night!!! Is that not amazing dedication? I can recommend her without hesitation. Thank you Stacie!
Excellent sitter will definitely use again.
