Pet care experience
I have been a pet owner and taken care of dogs, cats and a variety of small pocket pets since I was 10. I am mature, responsible, patient and enjoy being around pets. I will follow all instructions left for me and care for your fur babies and your home as if they were my own. I communicate with every visit via a note and multiple pictures to put your mind at ease. It is my goal that your pet will feel loved, valued and well cared for when you cannot be there with them. I am punctual and consistent and will work together with you so that you are confident that your baby is safe with me while you’re away. I have lived and worked as a public school teacher here in Lehigh Acres for the past 17 years and I have built a solid reputation for myself in this community.

This was the first time I used a dog sitter. Stacie was very punctual, calm changed there water, sent me pictures and videos of the dogs and how they reacted to her. Stacie was awesome she will be my pet sitter for as long as she is in the business. Stacie even brought in some packages at the door and even brought our trash cans in! I love her she’s number one in my book, my dogs loved her. Thank you Stacie your the best.
As promised, I asked Stacie to watch my boys again. I appreciate everything she does. She really goes above and beyond for my pets and I can't thank her enough! Peace of mind is priceless!!
Stacie is an absolutely amazing sitter! She looked over our two cats for the past week. My wife and I are extremely picky and anxious about who we use as a cat sitter, even if only for a single day. Upon meeting Stacie for the first time, we instantly knew we could relax and trust her with our two girls. She did not let us down. She took amazing care of them and had very detailed and consistent communication with us about their wellbeing during every visit, which was very important to us. We got numerous pictures of both girls every day, even when one of them was being shy and hiding under the bed. Our other cat also seems to have fallen in love with Stacie and made an instant connection with her and really enjoyed her visits. Stacie also did a great job keeping the food/water levels up and keeping the litter boxes cleaned. She also swept the floors of any litter, which was very much appreciated since we are slightly clean freaks. We both highly recommend her and will definitely be using her again!
Stacie is amazing. It was my very first time using this app. The person who was going to take care of our babies wasn't responding, and I had to figure something out quickly. I was very nervous to let a completely strange come to the house and care for the babies. However, Stacie made everything easier. She came to the house before we deal to meat us. She was extremely friendly and detailed oriented to learn about the babies and rules for the house. She was way beyond my expectations with her care and respect. I will hire her again, and I recommend her for anyone, including first timers, because she will help you release some of your concerns and stress from the beginning. My babies are in love with her, and cats are not usually that fast to connect with strangers.

I am currently bossed around by my two cats, Indie and Kingston. Indie is a 3 year-old female blue point Siamese and Kingston is my 2 1/2 year old champagne point Tonkinese. They have personalities as large as life and bring me so much joy as a new empty nester. While I do not have a dog for the first time ever in my life, I have the most precious granddog named Frankie. Frankie is a 3 year old mixed breed precious boy who, along with his mom,my daughter, graduated from the University of Florida in 2020. 😃 They currently live in Philadelphia and are earning their doctorate in physical therapy but they stay here with me when they come home to visit during holidays and breaks. He gets all his cuddles, love and spoiling at those times. My pets are treated as family and when I come to your home to care for your pets, you can be confident that your babies will be part of my family too. I am available to come to your home to offer your dog a potty break and playtime or take them on a walk. If you have a fenced in yard, I am happy to play fetch outside with them as well. I love to throw fetch toys, give some butt scratches or brush them with a brush. I will also follow any feeding instructions you give if they need to eat. If you have a cat, I’m happy to play fetch with a spring/mouse or use a wand or laser and give some chin rubs. If they enjoy being brushed, I’m happy to sit and brush them. I will also follow any feeding instructions and freshen the litter box. I am very comfortable and competent when it comes to giving oral medication, medication via injection, and any ointment or drops that need to go in eyes. I am also very comfortable with doggy diapers and belly bands. I am just beginning to offer in-home care since many of my clients have asked me to do so. I live in a small villa in a gated neighborhood in Lehigh and share my home with my elderly mom and the two cats I mentioned above. My home is safe and clean and comfortable and there has never been any smoking inside or out. Because my home is small, I am only able to accept small dogs at this time. Your baby will be treated as family here and allowed to relax on the couch and/or on a lap if they would like. If not, there are two comfy dog beds available. Between my mom and I, someone is almost always home so you baby will always have company and the only time I ever really leave the house is to do any Rover jobs I have for that day. I can offer bathroom brakes as often as needed. I have also just added in-home services at my regular customers’ requests. Even on my regular drop in visits, I treat each client’s home as if it were my own and I’m very respectful when I am inside of a home. I am happy to remove my shoes at the door and follow any other practices that might be followed in their home such as drying the kitchen sink after using it, etc. I am very neat, clean and careful and believe in leaving the space better than I found it.

A typical day
I would love to provide companionship for your pet, talk to them, pet them and play with them. It’s very important to me that your pet feels loved and safe in your absence and that will be my main goal for every visit. If your pet needs to take a walk, I will be sure to allow for time to stop and look around/smell the surroundings but also to get in a good walk for exercise. If your pet needs to take any medication, I will diligently administer it, making sure that they receive the proper dosage in a gentle, non-traumatic way. I have had many years of experience giving common medication such as flea and tick control as well as antibiotics, pain medication and insulin via a syringe.

As I am not currently working in my profession as a classroom teacher, I have complete availability any time and day of the week. I am able to provide consistency as your pet’s caregiver since I can assist with times from morning until night.
