I am new to Rover but certainly not new to animal care. I will try to keep my rates low in order to help provide a much needed service. I am extremely reliable and have spent over 20 years training dogs, working as a animal control officer and teaching enrichment ideas to dogs and cats. I started and run a cat/kitten rescue and have been doing that for 6 years now. I have the experience needed to deal with most situations that might ever develop with your animal and I can be fully trusted to take care of your animals as if they are my own. I’ve also spent over 30 years pet sitting for friends, neighbors and clients in Alaska and Utah. I pride myself in treating others as I would like to be treated and I feel the same way about the animals. I have always wanted to spend lots of time with animals and now that I am retIred I finally have time to give. I enjoy all aspects of dogs and I'm extremely comfortable around them, but also know how to pay attention to signs they give so I can keep them safe and happy. Your animals will be treated like they are my very own. I am also comfortable with cats and can care for them in your home. You and your animals will not be disappointed with my services!

I've known Stacie both professionally and personally for over three years. I trust her completely with my pets and my home; so much so that I gave her a key to my house! She has cared for my senior dog, two senior cats, and middle-aged cat many times and has taken excellent care of them every time. Stacie has done both drop-in and home-stay care, during which she always left everything clean and neat. A typical day
I would first find out where you would like your pet to go and take them there and if it doesn't matter to you then I would take them around your neighborhood and/or into the local parks. The dogs always love the parks because there's lots of exciting movement. I would take a pet hiking in the hills if you would allow. Love throwing a ball or just sitting and petting the dog. I could also work on basic obedience using positive reinforcement if allowed..
