I love dogs! I grew up with a sweet yellow lab, and since I was in middle school people have always asked me to care for their pups. Unfortunately, I have commitment issues when it comes to owning a full time pet. Traveling on weekends makes it difficult to imagine owning a dog, but when I am able, I would love to tend to a furry friend in their home. I am an elementary school teacher, so during the school year I would be able to get home to a dog by 4:30. I like to stay very active, so taking dogs to the park or on long walks would be no problem. I would be sure to give them cuddles (if they are comfortable), take them for leisurely walks (if they enjoy that), feed them healthy treats, and most importantly love them for who they are. I am the proud aunt of two bull dogs, however their parents don't need me to watch them as often as I would like. I need your doggies to fill that dog love void for me!

Stacey was great! She came over a few weeks before she was going to dog sit so she could meet my dog. She also house sat and I felt very comfortable having her there. She's responsible and you can tell she really enjoys dogs. She sent us pictures of my dog while we were gone, which was nice to know everything was going well. I would definitely recommend Stacey as a dog sitter/house sitter.

This was our first time leaving our 4 month old puppy, Wally, and first time using Rover. Stacey exceeded our expectations! She made us feel comfortable and sent us pictures every day. She made sure Wally got plenty of exercise and catered to his dietary restrictions. When we got home, Wally was healthy, happy and even had a new toy in his toy bin that he LOVED! It was wonderful to be able to go away for a weekend without having to be concerned about whether our puppy was in good hands.
I would highly recommend Stacey to anyone who needs help watching their fur baby or babies. She is extremely dependable, responsible and most of all loveable to all animals. When we went away for the weekend, I was sad to leave our dog, but was comforted in knowing our dog, Brewer, was in the most loving hands. When I picked Brewer up from her house he was tired from all the walking and was in a great mood. Stacey was the first person to watch our dog outside of our family so it was a big deal for us. We love Stacey and plan on using her again. You will not be disappointed working with her!

For example, I have a habit of rubbing behind a dogs ears, but a dog I sat once really disliked that and would yelp. Also, it's important to know if your dog has any allergies. My brother's dog is allergic to everything! I don't have breed preferences. I was always partial to big dogs, but after I met my brother's french bulldog I became more open minded!
