Pet care experience
I have a passion for all animals’ well being. I grew up training and walking my family/friends dogs and cat sitting their cats, as well as my own pets. I have experience in giving medication, training puppies, playing, jogging with big dogs, and will feed your dogs if requested. I then branched out to caring for others furry friends once I felt I gained the necessary experience. It’s always an exciting opportunity and adventure when walking new dogs. I care for others pets as if they are my own and take their comfort very serious. I ensure they have fun and are comfortable throughout our entire visit. If your dog has special needs/requests I will communicate with you and send updates as requested. I am excited to meet your furry friends and walking with them around West Seattle.

Stacey has been a great pet care provider throughout my journey with my first dog, Ozzie. She has been very patient and loving with him, as he can be very hyper and stubborn. Stacey started walking Ozzie since he was a puppy. Now he is 3.5 years old, and he's well behaved all thanks to her help. I can't think of anyone better and more trustworthy than Stacey because my Husky tends to run away if the walker isn't assertive with him. It worried me to leave him with someone else but she has always been around to provide him with quality exercise and training. She understands different dog behaviors and breeds so I have always recommended her services to friends and family who are also very grateful to have a caregiver like Stacey.

A typical day
I have studied dogs and cats behaviors from my experiences and understand their nature. I understand not all dogs are the same therefore will go about our walks/visit however it fits your pets the best. If they love to run, I will take them for a jog or park if preferred. If they are more chill, I can take them for a slow cruise around the neighborhood, letting them explore smells and sounds. I love playing fetch, tug of war, and training dogs for mental stimulation and praise.

Availability
I dog walk and cat care part time and open on Thursday and Fridays and sometimes on Saturday. I can walk as early as 7AM until 3PM.
