We used Stacey for a few days of drop-in visits for our 3 cats. I saw on our ring doorbell that the visits were less than 10 minutes each time (one day being only 4 minutes), and not the 30 minutes I paid for. This was also indicated via the rover cards. She also brought a child into our home, without asking, which is a liability issue and made us uncomfortable. We also noticed that their food bowls were on the counter when we got home, indicating they were not fed during their last visit. There were also no photos sent at all, which made us nervous. The lack of communication, photos, and time spent with our animals does not feel acceptable. I’m very disappointed. At least the litter was scooped, but I do not feel that our animals were adequately cared for. I get that it was over Christmas, but that’s not a valid excuse considering the job was scheduled ahead of time and accepted.

Stacey was very professional, responsive, and friendly. I would definitely have her check in on my cat again.
