Pet care experience
Hello, I’m Stacey! I’ve decided to join rover as I’ve always had a love for pets ever since getting our first family dog 16 years ago. Since then we’ve adopted several more from Yorkie poos to German Shepherds so I’m used to dogs of all sizes! From living with dogs my whole life I’m competent in caring for them in all areas from walks, feeds, general care and of course lots of love. Unfortunately, now I’m in my own place, I’m unable to have a dog of my own as I would not be home enough to have a pet full time. So whilst my own dogs are still very happy with my family I don’t have the comfort of living with a pet anymore. This is why I would love to spend my time helping you out with your pets whether it be walks or drop ins at your home! My availability will change weekly as I work shifts, and this includes alternate weekends.

Stacey has dog sitted my dog called lilo lots of times now. They have a bond that is strong and I trust Stacey with lilo completely. She walks her all the time and they are amazing together.
Stacey is a compassionate and caring person with strong experience caring for dogs. She's familiar with a mix of breeds and the different challenges that come with each individual dog. Having grown up with three dogs of her own, Stacey is knowledgeable on the importance dogs have in a family's life and will bring the samelove and attention she has for her own dogs to the dogs she sits for. I could not recommend her more for this position.

In my own home I have a fenced yard which is large enough for dogs to run around in and my flat itself is a studio which only I have access to. In an owners home I will make sure I familiarise myself where all important items are and the rules around the house.

A typical day
I’m an adventurous person myself so I’m always looking for exciting new places to go whether it be a nice park or woodland. If your dog loves to play then we will of course stop for a good game of fetch!
