I am an experienced dog owner who has raised my rescue black lab mix from puppy-hood to young adult. I love animals and the opportunity to socialize with them and to also socialize my dog with them. He is extremely easy to get along with and incredibly friendly. My husband and I have fostered for several weeks at a time in the past and he gets along with everyone. We have worked hard to bring dogs out of their shell and achieve a level of comfort when they are at their most vulnerable and shy. I have trained with my dog, Milo, throughout several courses and am happy to work on basic obedience commands and leash walking with your dog if you wish. We live in a home that has stairs but also have a fenced in backyard. I know how stressful it can be to leave your dog at a boarding facility and want to help alleviate this concern. I also prefer to have a trustful person who can communicate with and update me regularly on the status of my dog and how he's doing.
