I am a stay at home mom who loves spoiling Hubig, our 2 1/2 year old Boston Terrier, who runs our house. I also have two kids (9 and 12) who love dogs, and love to spoil them as much as I do. We have a fenced in yard for pups to run and play to their heart's content, or just relax and sun themselves as the mood strikes. We also enjoy walks in our quiet neighborhood several times a day. Our dog (and yours) is allowed on furniture and sleeps in the bed with us or our kids. However, I am happy to follow whatever method you and your pup prefer for sleeping arrangements (kennel, dog bed, sofa, etc.) We can't wait to meet your pup! While I am home the majority of the day, I usually will have to leave for about an hour or so at a time to pick up children from school and ferry them off to activities. I know how difficult it can be to leave your furry family member, so I strive to make them feel at home. I remember hating to think about my own pup being kenneled the majority of the time I was away, and struggled to find an affordable solution that I felt good about. You can rest assured that your pup will definitely be treated like part of our family. I can’t wait to send you pictures of your pup playing, lounging, and cuddling throughout the day! I would love for your pup to come play with us. Whether it’s a long weekend, an extended vacation, or just for a single day of doggy day-care, we would love to have your dog come stay with us. While we would love to take care of everyone, we have a max of 3 pups per night so that we can be sure to give them the love and attention that they each deserve. Remember, holiday weekends in particular tend to fill up quickly, so book in advance to reserve your spot. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ OF NOTE: -I also request that all dogs be up to date on all vaccines and flea prevention, and that they be spayed/neutered. -Generally, I expect drop-offs to be 8:00 am or later, and pick-ups to be by 8:00 pm. If there is a need for earlier drop off or later pick-up just ask. I will try to be as accommodating as possible. *PLEASE NOTE MY RATE STRUCTURE, AS ROVER DOES NOT CURRENTLY HAVE THE ABILITY TO APPLY THESE PROPERLY. -When boarding, the rate is based on a 24 hour period, keeping with Rover guidelines. (Your drop-off time will be your pick-up time.) Beyond that you will be charged an additional daycare rate based on half day (<4 hours) or full day (>8 hours), which are half the daycare rate, and full daycare rate respectively. Therefore, if you have an early departure flight and a late return flight, please plan for an additional day of daycare. In some instances of early drop off requests, I may ask you to drop off the night before. This will be better for you in the long run, as you will not be rushing as much the morning of your flight. -The same additional charges apply to tardiness in picking up at the agreed upon time. -Additionally, Pick-up/drop-off rate is for Metairie only. Other areas will be considered under special circumstances for an additional fee. I can't wait to meet your pup!
