Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs ever since my family brought home our family dog as a puppy in 2019. I was very involved with my dog’s feeding schedule, walking, exercise habits, potty timings, cleaning, and playtime. Most of my extended family and friends have dogs of their own which I have also helped with taking care of! I also have experience with house sitting and boarding - I would often take care of dogs on my own for weeks at a time! I will make sure to promptly respond to any texts and calls. I will work hard to emulate your behavior so that your pet can feel comfortable. While I don’t have a dog of my own here, you can rest assured that I will treat your pet as one of my own :)

I am always sure to make a point to send LOTS of photos to the pet owners! No matter if it’s a drop-in visit or a dog walk, I love to give lots of updates and stay in communication as needed. My building is very pet friendly, with an open grass area behind my building - easy access for potty breaks. I would keep your pet on a leash for safety since it is not a fenced area. My apartment itself has a ton of space for your pet to walk around and play. For overnight care/boarding, I would prefer that your pet stay in a crate at night to sleep. If your dog is trained and have their own bed, I’m happy to have them sleep accordingly.

A typical day
I love to modify the time I spend with each pet based on their individual needs, and their owner's requests. I love to cuddle up (if they are comfortable doing so) just as much as giving them time to play with their toys. I am willing to do whatever YOUR pet needs.

Availability
I am a law student with a more flexible schedule during afternoons/evenings on weekdays for walks. I do not have classes on Fridays, which makes my weekends much more free and available for pet care and stays.
