Pet care experience
I grew up in a home with pets - dogs, cats, guinea pigs, hamsters, fish. This sparked a lifelong love of animals. I now live with my wife and two rescue cats Zeus and Hera, and work remotely as a designer. This has allowed me the time to dog/catsit for friends, and led to me signing up here to spend more time meeting the excellent cats and dogs of the local area! Very flexible with timings and days, DBS checked (as part of the voluntary work I do with kids) and happy dealing with all manner of cats and dogs.

Spike regularly looks after our little border terrier Refn, and has a fantastic rapport with her. He is great with dogs, she has bonded well with him. He also provides regular updates and photos too. Would definitely recommend Spike ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐
Any pet lucky enough to be looked after by Spike will be one lucky creature! His calm presence always makes my animals feel comfortable and relaxed . Walks are always fun but he will always be the responsible adult in charge ! Highly recommended.
Spike has looked after my cat and dog multiple times and I’ve always been hugely impressed. They both dote upon him and are so excited when he arrives at the door…they seem annoyed when I come home and he has to leave! You can tell he truly loves animals and always makes sure they are well cared for, even when the are being fussy or demanding. I really recommend Spike to anyone who needs someone they can trust.

I work from home, so can just as easily spend the day sitting in with your furry friend (as long as there's an electrical outlet for my laptop!) or pop in throughout the day where necessary.
