Please inquire for more information. Ever since I was young, I developed a deep sense of care and appreciation for pets; so much so, I used my one birthday wish every year to own a new dog. My passion has only grown for all animals of all shapes and sizes. Dogs and cats are my absolute favorite. I am extremely detail oriented, and can follow any specific instructions that you may have in caring for your pets. I’m a health care professional who loves to be active walking dogs or caring for your cats. I’ve taken care of a myriad kind of dogs and cats, (big or small, young or old) over the past few years. I’m excited to meet your loved one!

***HOUSE SITTING FAQ*** While I work the evenings, my wife works during the day. When you book a house sitting request that will not completely align with my schedule, both my wife and I will be working as a team to ensure your pets are comfortable, entertained, and well fed. This is to ensure continuity of care, and to ensure your pets get the attention they deserve. I'm displaying a typical house sitting visit for structure, but happy to discuss any alterations or suggestions you may have during the meet and greet: (6-8 active hours of engagement with pets during day & overnight stay at home if accommodations provided) 1 morning and 1 evening feeding with water 2 morning and 2 evening bathroom break 1 morning and 1 evening walk 1 morning and 1 evening of active engagement/playtime 1-3 dog treats throughout the day Your pet will be able to share the same room as me for sleep time to ensure they get comfortable night's rest I'll treat your home as if it were mine and ensure your house is exactly as you left it, if not better. Throughout the house sitting visit, you can expect to receive various updates and photos 4 times a day (morning (8-10am), afternoon (12pm-2pm), evening (5pm-7pm) and night (10pm-12am). During the meet and greet, I'll bring a checklist to ensure the house sitting visit goes as smoothly as possible to give you a peace of mind while you're away!

A typical day
I love to make sure dogs are always comfortable before we begin. When approaching dogs for the first time, I stand a little bit sideways and hold my hand a little out from my side, palm down with the fingers loosely closed in a fist for them to approach and sniff. Once they sniff and approve, I go ahead and reach my hand palm up UNDER their chin for a scratch. Once I gain their trust, I like to go to areas that are safe for dogs on the grass and away from cars and other people. Treats are always great motivators!

Availability
I work full-time in the evening (Sunday - Thursday) starting at 1:00 pm, so I’m available in the morning any time before then. This is great because I can walk your dogs in the morning before I head to work. I’m very active and fit who can run with dogs and maintain control of high energy dogs. I can do walks or runs around your neighborhood or at the local park. As far as drop-ins go, I’m pretty flexible with your needs so please communicate when you request a booking! I’ll do my best to accommodate your request at your home. Services include walking your pets, get the mail, water plants etc. Whenever my schedule is tight, my wife (in the profile picture) is also available to fill in on walks or drop ins. If my schedule is unable to accommodate all your needs at the initial request, I will recommend my wife be involved to fill in the gaps to ensure continuity of care for your pets.
