I've owned dogs my whole life and have taken care of dogs for friends, family, acquaintances and strangers. The word pet does not do the relationship with an animal justice; they are our loved ones and I would love to care for yours while you're away. I'm very active and would be happy to walk or jog your dog, water your plants and anything else you may need while I take care of your pup. As this is my job, I will be spending most, if not all of the day with your little one. If extra attention is needed I can bring in reinforcements in the form of my girlfriend.
