Being around animals has always made me happy and I'm a very nature-oriented person so I have no problem getting outside with pups and taking walks. I've taken care a whole range of dogs, including my godparents dog who was old, deaf, and blind so I'm pretty sure I can handle the special needs of your pooch. I've sat multiple dogs at once, taken care of ones that run away and dogs that take medication. As for other animals, taking care of cats, reptiles, plants, etc is not a problem for me. In the past I've volunteered at the Wildlife Rescue Center in High Ridge so I'm used to handling opossums, raccoons, groundhogs, squirrels and other small mammals, including ones with injuries. I wanted to be a zookeeper when I was a little kid but for now dogs are my specialty!
