Soriah S. cancelled a booking within a day of the start date.

Soriah was booked for three 30-min drop ins over 3 days for my 2 elderly cats and was supposed to clean the litterbox daily, refill and refresh the water and dry food bowls and give my 2 cats a can of cat food, once per day. She showed up the 1st day for 3 min only (confirmed through my keyless entry keypad history) and never showed again. In addition, she never cleaned the litterbox or gave them wet food the one day she did go bc my trash bins were empty. I came home to the water and food bowls being bone dry and my home smelling of urine because the litterbox was overfilled with waste so the cats urinated on my carpets and clothes. My cats are 17yrs old and one has Chronic Kidney disease and being without water and food is DETRIMENTAL to her health and Soriah's actions the put my senior cats life at risk. And to add insult to injury, when I reached out for an explanation she blamed it on car and family trouble and continued to lie to me by stating that she did go after I had checked in with her on the last day, which again I was able to confirm was NOT true through my keyless entry app that keeps record of all access history to my home. If I could give 0 stars, I would. I have since reported her to Rover. She could have contacted me if there was a true emergency so I could get someone else to come by in her absence. Her actions were unacceptable and could be considered borderline criminal for animal neglect and cruelty.
