Pet care experience
I’m a current medical student at UWSMPH. I was raised with dogs ranging in size from a French Bulldog to a Newfoundland so I love working with dogs of all sizes! I always had multiple dogs around. Now, I have my own 6 yr old Pitbull mix. I’d love to provide your dog with walks, care in home, and plenty of cuddles. Additionally, I have experience working and walking with reactive dogs and I will work with you regarding your dog’s needs. I will provide plenty of updates and pictures of your dog. I have watched friends and family’s pets before and I understand that each animal is unique and is a member of your family so listening to you and providing care for your dog is my top priority. Sophie did great with Rodney! She was very responsive, timely and always provided updates and pictures at the end. He had a blast with her dog. We can’t wait to use Sophie again!
Sophie is a wonderful sitter who cares so much about animals. She has a lot of experience with caring for dogs and just genuinely loves them. She also did a great job of looking after my cats and sent me plenty of photos, videos and updates. She is calm and confident and does well even with nervous or scared animals.
Sophie watched my dog, Ava, multiple times throughout this past fall and she did an amazing job each time. I was interviewing for medical schools and so I would be gone for periods of 1-3 days for each interview and I knew I could always count on Sophie to make sure Ava was taken care of well and loved. Ava is a shy and timid dog who is generally weary of new people but she became attached to Sophie right away. I would always receive pictures and videos of Ava which was great as this was my first time sending Ava to the sitters. I would highly recommend Sophie as your sitter. I'm confident that she will do an extraordinary job and love you dog as her own!
