Pet care experience
I picked out my first pup when I was 4 years old, and every year since I've spent as much time with dogs as I possibly can. I raised my black lab and my cocker spaniel/cavalier since they were 6 weeks old so I am fully equipped to handle dogs of all ages and levels of neediness. I am primarily an artist, so I've spent many years dog/house sitting in my spare time. I just recently moved to Minneapolis and cannot afford a dog of my own just yet, so I'm really looking forward to taking care of and getting to know your adorable pup(s)!

Before taking on a dog, I love to know a little bit about their day-to-day. What words or nicknames they respond best to, what favorite treats do they prefer, how often they need or are used to attention throughout the day. And of course any aversions, sore spots or minor injuries I should keep an eye out for. I love taking care of puppies, but old pups are so sweet as well. No breed preferences, they're all lovable to me :)
A typical day
If you have a young pup or a super active dog, I always love taking dogs swimming! I can play fetch with them to give them extra exercise and take them on hikes, depending on your preference, what your dog is used to, and whether they are allowed off the lease or not. I'm new to town, so I'm also open to any suggestions for favorite parks your dog loves.
