Pet care experience
I am a big animal lover! As a child I always wanted to be a vet because I have always felt so connected to animals. We have had 3 family dogs that we raised from puppies as well as a cat. Together with my extended family’s pets I am frequently surrounded by furry friends. I love all their unique personalities. I participated in 4-H for several years, owned horses and am experienced with training as well! I have cared for neighbors and family’s pets countless times so am familiar with adapting to different routines and following specific instructions. I love the outdoors and am an avid hiker/runner. I am a very reliable, responsible, and organized individual so you can count on me to provide your pet with lots of love and care!

Sophie is the most responsible and loving person I know. She adores all animals and will give them the same love you would. She also is very active and enjoys being outdoors, so those dogs will get some great exercise.
Sophie has an incredible connection with animals! Our pets have been instantly drawn to her fun, bright and bubbly personality. She loves their companionship and always takes such care of them! She has been very reliable and willing to help out even on short notice. It feels so good knowing our pets are in such good hands!
I absolutely recommend Sophie for pet care. Sophie has not only watched and walked my big Bernese but she has performed so many other jobs such as raking, house cleaning, window washing etc. She’s amazing! She was raised in a home that had sheep, horses, chickens, goats as well as dogs, cats and a goose and she has cared for them all. She loves animals and they love her. She’s an honor student, energetic, responsible, lots of fun to be around and will keep your pets safe. I highly recommend Sophie. Your dogs will thank you!
If you get the chance to hire sophie for any service that is offered on the app I would take that chance. She loves animals and has always treated all of her own pets with so much care and love. She loves taking her dog for hikes and walks and I know she would love to do the same for your pets!

In my own home I care for my pets almost every minute that I am home! My dog gets fed twice a day which is what the vet instructed to do so as well as our cat. We have 3 acres of fenced in land at home so they both have plenty of room to play around outside and can go outside whenever they desire thanks to our doggy-door and kitty-door. At night we lock the doggy/kitty doors just to ensure they are safe. I absolutely love the outdoors and go on walks and runs almost everyday and my favorite part is when I get to have my furry buddy to accompany me. My dog is my best friend and I will treat my clients pet just the same! My care for clients pets depends on their instructions that they give me which I follow thoroughly. I am more than happy to take their pets on walks, bathe them, feed them, treat them… honestly anything! I love pets and will care for my clients pet with compassion and dedication to ensure their happiness and well-being!

I am open to working with any bread and any pet that has special needs or behaviors! If the pet is aggressive with other dogs/people or would rather not play with other dogs/people let me know and I will avoid busy areas with lots of dogs/people.
A typical day
A typical day will always be filled with fun activities for the pet(s) I am watching! I love to play with them with toys and other fun games. We will definitely spend as much time possible outside whether that be getting some exercise or strolling through the neighborhood to check out some new smells and friends. After all the energy has been let out we would head back home to get some water, maybe a treat for being good, and definitely some good belly rubs and snuggles. :)

Availability
I am available for pet care in the afternoons and most weekends. I am a student here at OSU and have Fridays-Mondays off. I am available after 4pm on Tuesdays, 2pm on Wednesdays and 1pm on Thursdays. Lots of time for pet care!
