Pet care experience
Hi there! My name is Sophie and I’d love to help you out and take care of your pet cat. Although I’ve never had my own cat due to family allergies, I am now a young professional looking to cat sit! I’ve watched cats for both short and long durations, and have experience hosting both young and old cats in home for periods over a 2 weeks. All of my experiences have been entirely positive for the cat, the cat’s owner and myself. Additionally, I have experience assisting my neighbour growing up in watching and feeding their cat so my experience extends long beyond 2 years.

Sophie and Gunnar looked after our cat for 3 weeks and they were fabulous. They sent pictures of our kitty sitting on their laps or lying in the sun. She was allowed to sleep on their bed. When we went to pick her up our cat was rubbing Sophie’s leg and flopping down in front of her to get her belly rubbed. I think she would have been happy to stay with such a lovely couple. Thank you both so much.
Sophie was absolutely wonderful and accommodating when taking care of my cats Poehler and James. James absolutely fell in love with her and is, I think, a little mad at me for making him leave haha! Leaving them with Sophie took a huge load off of my shoulders because I knew they were absolutely safe and getting the best love and care and I can't thank her (and her partner!) enough! She will always be my first choice if I need to have them looked after again.
Sophie was a great cat sitter! She provided daily updates with pictures and it was great to know my cat was well cared for. I will definitely re book with her in the future
Hassle free, never used this type of service before and was in a pinch, but Sophie was quick to respond, and very polite and professional. I had no worries leaving my cat with her once I got to the residence, it was clean and well maintained. If I ever need again I'll be using her services again, and highly would recommend to my friends and family if they had need for such a service in the future as well :)

I only have one cat in my home at a time. My home is safe for animals without any points of danger. My place has plenty of windows for cats to enjoy the outside views!
