Pet care experience
Although I have never had pets of my own (other than a beta fish who I loved very much), I absolutely love helping walk and hang out with my friend’s and boyfriend’s dogs. I have a lot of dogs in my life because of my friends and am very grateful for that!

Sophie is wonderful. We were in a real bind finding a last minute walker, and she bent over backwards to help out in our time of need. Murphy is often fearful of new people, but not Sophie! They were instant best pals and Murphy was handing out free kisses right off the bat. Sophie is incredibly kind and capable and was so amazingly great with Murphy. We will 100% reach out to her again for any walking or sitting needs.
Sophie grew up with a dog-shaped hole in her heart. I have personally witnessed her fill that void by showering her love on the pets of friends and family. There is something about her easy, friendly energy that even the most anxious of pups (and people!) respond to. Sophie is now off to med school to mend actual hearts, so rest assured your pup is in good hands in both mind and body.
I have known Sophie for about five years, and I have only ever known her to be caring, responsible, dependable, and willing to go the extra mile. She cares deeply for all dogs, even when they aren’t her own. She is patient and kind, and I am sure she will do everything to make your dog as comfortable and happy as possible. I would trust Sophie with my pup any day (and my pup means the world to me).
Sophie is great with dogs, especially my own two rescues who have some trust issues. She knows to approach dogs, how to build their trust, how to walk them with respect while making sure it is a safe experience for everyone around. She is especially good with my highly reactive border collie. Dogs love her and I think she would be a great dog walker.
