My family dog growing up was a black lab named Lucy who came from a tough home. She was nervous and sweet and never really learned how to bark. I loved our Lucy like Ricky Ricardo loves his. Once I was old enough, I started dog sitting and house sitting in my neighborhood. I am comfortable watering plants, taking in mail, walking your pups, and doing any other kind of daily care that's necessary. The pooches I've cared for have ranged from a tiny, saucy Yorkie named Chester to a giant, sweet black lab named Scout who was recovering from cancer. I have experience with young doggies, doggies with allergies, and older pups too. One of my regulars for many years was an old poodle named Max. He lived to the grand ol' age of 17 and needed a lot of extra care, but he was as sweet as he was shaky. My current apartment doesn't allow pets and I've been having withdrawals.
