I would pet your dog at the party
Pet care experience
You know that person at the party petting the dog? That’s me. My energy naturally calms furry friends and I am able to quickly build trust from an anxious pup to a blind senior dog. Ever since I was in first grade I've had a dog to take care of in my home. Neighbors have counted on me in the past to take their pets on walks and do home visits. I've lived in two foreign households with dogs to take care of. Pups to senior dogs are all in my wheelhouse.

Sophie did an excellent job with Winnie and Frankie! Winnie is still a puppy and needs pretty constant monitoring and she was able to provide that and keep our puppy safe and happy while we were away. She was able to book us pretty last minute and even come over early to meet us and the dogs. I would highly recommend!!
Sophie was great. She was attentive, gave me updates and was punctual. Will gladly recommend her.
First time having Sophie house and petsit and I was very happy with the experience. It's such a relief to find someone who is both responsible and communicative and also very sweet with the pets! I will definitely hire her again!
Sophie was a great dog walker for our elderly Westie. She was patient and even carried him to the dog park across the street so our dog could have some quality time with the other dogs. Highly recommend!

I always keep a clean bowl of water and at least one chew toy for pets. Treats are used for walks and reinforcing good behavior. I try and keep the feeding, walking and play in a consistent routine to help calm the pet. I am comfortable sleeping with a pet if that is what the pet is most used to. I am also happy to wake up early if that is in your pet’s daily routine.

A typical day
If you’re in the east bay and your dog can fit in my car, I’ll probably want to take them to Pt Isabel dog park or one of the hikes up in the hills. Otherwise, depending on your dogs needs, I’m happy to come up with a schedule that tailors your dog.
