Pet care experience
I grew up in a small town called Jewell, OR, with very little to do, so I filled my time with dogs. I've trained three dogs to achieve first place in obedience competitions, adopted rescue pets, and was a regular dog sitter for multiple families in my hometown. I'll take care of your pups as if they were my own. They'll be sure to enjoy themselves in my care, and I get personal enjoyment out of that fact. Also, I DO PET PORTRAITS! I'm trying to gain clients and experience in photography so I will always have my camera out (with your permission) while your pets are with me. I can care for dogs of all ages and breeds, administer shots and pills, give handicapped dogs special care, and work with dogs with aggression towards other animals, and even people. I have experience volunteering at the Humane Society and Nehalem Animal Healing in Nehalem OR. I work from home and my availability is very flexible. Feel free to ask me any questions regarding the way I'll take care of your pet, I hope you'll consider me for your position and that we can build a relationship and I'll be your go-to sitter for years to come!

I wish I could choose 10 stars. Sophie not only treated out animals as if they were her own, she did the same for our home. Normally we are cleaning up after a vacation, but not so with Sophie. She not only cleaned the dishes, but put them away as well! As a one car family, we can't recommend her enough. Always willing to pop by if our schedules keep us away from home for more than 12 hours. She even goes so far as to ask each day if she is needed. Sophie will love your pets and respect your environment, guaranteed.
Sophie was the best dog walker I had. She walked all five of my family's dogs (three small, two large) and was always early or exactly on to come and get them. Although we didn't really get to know each other she always was extremely nice and loved dogs more than anyone I know. I was extremely sad when she moved and we had to find a new dog walker, it's hard to find someone who you can completely trust they are actually taking care of your dogs like she did. If you love your dogs like family Sophie is an amazing choice because I promise she will love your dogs just as much as you do.
