Hi there! I’m Sophie and I am a mid-20s college grad working from home and I’m a full-time dog lover in my free time. I raise and train service dogs through an organization based in New York, and have raised 8 service dogs from 8 weeks old until they meet their person! Therefore, I have quite a bit of experience with dogs of all ages, training, dog behavior, and much more. I also have been involved with rescue shelters so am familiar with a wide array of dog behaviors and know how to work through them. I train my two personal dogs in agility and live and breathe the world of dog sports. I’m a huge proponent for building the human-dog relationship and believe that it’s never too late to teach an old dog new tricks! Additional skill sets include grooming, nail trims, training, medication administration and much more! My schedule is flexible, so I’m available almost all hours of the day. I can’t wait to meet your pups :) Currently, I have a very flexible schedule! I work from home 4x per week and have the ability to adjust my schedule to meet you and your dogs daily needs. Morning walk? Mid-afternoon walk? Bedtime snuggles with your pup? I am around and would love to help you out! I’m happy to accommodate and work with you on whatever your pet might need throughout the day or week. I do my absolute best to mimic your routine and what your pup is used to while in your home. I would love to know their normal wake up/bed time, feeding times, walk times, and any other daily schedules they might have!
