Availability
I am a hybrid worker between home and London, so tend to do 3 days at home and 2 days in office (generally Tuesdays and Wednesdays in London) however this changes most weeks depending on my schedule! My partner is also a hybrid worker but on a 4 day at home 1 day in London office, and he has also grown up in a family home with dogs.
