Pet care experience
I have had animals in my home all of my life - and have always been selected as leader of the pack. I enjoy walks with dogs as much as they enjoy them with me! I have two big german sheperds in my family and was quickly elected by them as the one to follow. I accomplished this with daily long walks (even if I am short on time or energy this is never negotiable). The best interview I can give is by letting you see how animals respond to my patient, kind, and empathetic nature. I will always go the extra mile(s) to show any animal that they are loved, appreciated, and respected. Weather it's in the quality of the walks or the pets I give them, animals always respond to me in a positive manner.

Sophie is the best!! She has been a very reliable and eager friend to my cat and dog for going on ten years now. They both love her so much and she is wonderful with them, this is amazing for my cat as she doesn’t really like anyone- ha. Sophie is always on time and if my dog steps in mud or something on their walk she always cleans his paws which I think is really sweet. I trust Sophie fully with my pets.

A typical day
I would love to take them along long trails in Zilker Metropolitan Park. Non residential areas are my favorite as there will be many trails and scents that keep them occupied and stimulated. It has been proven that no matter where you are taking your furry companion there are 4 criterias that always need to be met: Elimination, Mental stimulation, Exercise, and Training. It is one of the most intrinsitcly rewarding acitivies for me to get them outdoors to sniff and engage with their environment.. (And if acceptable they can even socialize with other dogs!). To see them happy makes me exuberant!
