Hi! My name is Sophia, a recent graduate from the University of South Carolina. I have had many animals growing up ranging from dogs to horses, and I love all of them. I have experience with high energy dogs, as well as more high maintenance senior dogs. So, whether you need someone to walk your pet for 30min, overnight care, or just to come love on them while you are hard at work, I’m your girl! Sophia has been extremely reliable and helpful with dog sitting my 2 year old pitbull! She is very sweet and gentle with my baby. I would have her come everyday if she could!

I like to get to know the pets I am around slowly at first. Most of the time I can tell pretty quickly what their personality is like, and will caretake accordingly. For example, my families dog is super social and wants to be held like a big baby, but my roommates dog is super shy and even though she knows me she prefers her alone time. Just like humans every dog is different and requires different care!

If your pet doesn’t do well with other pets, is super shy, or there are specific things that they are less comfortable with! I always want them to be comfortable and enjoy their time with me.
A typical day
I will always cater the activities to the dog! If your pet is super high energy then we will go play fetch or play with their toys and run around (I am a very active person myself). But if your pet prefers cuddles and pets then I’m all for that too! Just like every person is different, so is every pet, so I like to treat them that way!

Right now I do mostly online work and make my own schedule! I am very flexible aside from occasional trips, which I would be sure to notify you of well ahead of time!
