My daughter Sophia is an extremely responsible, warm, and animal loving person. She is currently a college student and aspires to work with animals as her career. Here at home, she and her sister help care for two small very active dogs (beagle mixes), often taking them on long walks. She also has two birds, a fish, a frog, and an aquatic snail. Sophia is a very thoughtful person who does well in school. She has worked at a Bird Rescue center. For many years she has also frequently been a babysitter on her own for small children when their parents were away.

Sophia loves dogs and is very sensitive and effective with them. I’ve observed her with a terrified dog, cowering and shaking in her owner’s absence, and by the end of the pet sitting gig, this dog was licking her face and venturing outside with Sophia.
