I've been using Rover for over 6 years and have been a sitter on Rover as well and Sophia was by far the WORST dog sitter I have ever encountered. I booked her for 4 days, she was never on time, she was irresponsible, didn't follow care instructions, had an attitude when I tried to address the safety concerns I had for my dogs. Locked herself and my dogs out of the house at 4:30am with both my dogs offleash (never letting the dogs out off leash was a strict rule that was reiterated to her multiple times, and why there were outside at that time I still dont know)she made excuses for everthying. I made allowance after allowance for her because she's a new sitter and I thought she'll learn but when I finally had enough and told her I was canceling the rest of the stay and told her to leave, she didn't. I sent my mother to my house to look after my dogs till I got home and my mother walked in on her and her boyfriend sleeping and this was over an hour after I told her to leave. I had to cut my trip short and change my flight to get back home early because this sitter was so bad. Zero stars!

Recently took care of my dog and did a great job. She even trained my dog to stop biting. I would highly suggest her over most trainers.
