Pet care experience
I have raised and cared for animals most of my life. We don't currently have any dogs, as our's recently passed due to long term health issues. While caring for her I learned a great deal about administering medications and tending to critters with special needs. We miss her terribly, but don't feel ready to have another dog full time yet; we are opening our home to dogs would be a good way to get the love and snuggles without getting a new dog. Our dog loved to go on walks and play fetch and snuggles and I miss doing those things with her but I would love to do those things with your dog, I have a cat but he gets along well with dogs.

Sophia was awesome . She responded right away for my request for a dog walk . I was so sick and was unable to walk my girl . I will definitely be requesting her again when I need this service .
Sophia did great with my rambunctious dog. She sent photos and offered updates while he was in her care. She was also flexible with a last minute change in plans, which was much appreciated. My doggo seemed happy as ever when I picked him up.
She watched my 1 year old cattle dog and when I came home he acted like he didn’t even miss me! It was great to receive pictures while I was gone of that smiley face, plus him having a nice backyard was great for a hyper puppy to run around in.
Sophia brings a wonderful mix of kindness, enthusiasm and care to her work. It is clear she genuinely enjoys her time with animals and a deep connection with them. Her warmth and compassion with our pets has made all the difference, for both them and us. Sophia has been my 'go-to' pet sitter for years, and really helped my pup (a rescue, with a lot of issues and special needs) come out of her shell and enjoy life more. She is very skilled in handling even difficult critters, and a master at administering medication. I am so grateful for all the love and care she has shown my critters, and I wholeheartedly recommend her!

A typical day
I will take your dog(s) on walk(s) around the neighborhood and/or to a nearby dog park. I will play fetch with them if they want to and/or tug of war. I will give your dogs lots of snuggles and love and butt scritches/belly rubs if they are into those kinds of things.
