Pet care experience
I have taken care of dogs and animals my entire life. I had a mastiff/Newfie/st.Bernard for 10 years who unfortunately passed from cancer in February. I am already the designated pet sitter for all my friends and thought I would extend my services now that my pup is gone.

This was the first time I left my dog with someone other than family members. Sophia was absolutely incredible! She gave updates frequently which made it easier to relax while away. Sophia was wonderful! She watched my two dogs while I was in Italy for a week. Very respectful and came back to a clean house and happy pups. She also sent pics of them and let me know how everything was going throughout which made me feel more comfortable. Thanks Sophia!
Sophia did a wonderful job caring for our 2 dogs, 2 cats and our home. Excellent communication, very clean and the pets loved her.
Sophia is the best! She stayed with our puppy and elderly dog for a couple nights while we went out of town. She took great care of the pups and house, and kept us updated. It’s great that she works remotely so the dogs don’t have to be left crated. Sophia is also a very experienced and confident dog handler. Great experience!

I treat any animal as my own and I am even pretty skilled at giving medicine to dogs as needed as my Newfie required lots of meds towards the end of her life. I have lots of love to give and the bonus of working fully remote. I already pet and house sit for all my friends and family. Your animals/house would be safe with me and I come with references from many! Just ask me.

Let me know ahead of time if the dog has any temperament issues, problems with running away, if they get along with other dogs/people, and if they are scared or triggered by anything in particular.
A typical day
I love to go on long walks with the dogs and play outside! And of course give treats and cuddles throughout the day. I normal stay away from dog parks as there are too many chance for incidents and would not want anything to happen to them on my watch.

Availability
I work from home on my laptop and am available to come house/pet sit for however long is needed. I work from 8:30am-5pm and I am able to take breaks throughout the day as needed to take the dogs on walks or out to go potty. When it is warm I sometimes even work outside with my laptop for a while and the dog can play!
