Being a rover sitter myself, I felt Sophia did not go above and beyond. She met expectations in the form of punctuality, potty breaks, and somewhat feeding (wet and dry food needed mixing based on instructions, I got home and it looked as if she was just putting wet food on top as there was only dry food in the bowl). I do think she was trustworthy in our home, nothing is out of place. She was lackluster in communication, she did not provide updates unless asked. She never sent an initial text to let me know she was there or a picture (received pictures 4 of 7 days). Had we not had a ring doorbell, based on her lack of communication we found ourselves checking the activity often. She was given the option to walk Lucy and water flowers, which would appear she did neither. Overall, I know lucy was taken care of but it was hard to enjoy our vacation.
